General Description:
The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and arranging lodging, public spaces, and facilities at the campground. The goal is to ensure all areas are sanitary, well-maintained, and ready for guest use in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
Essential Job Functions:
- Room and Public Area Cleaning:
- Clean lodging and public areas, including bathrooms, by vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, wiping, and dusting surfaces.
- Move and arrange furniture and equipment to thoroughly clean all spaces.
- Deep Cleaning Tasks:
- Periodically clean rugs, curtains, shelves, blinds, windows, storage areas, and other surfaces or objects.
- Perform detailed cleaning of displays, phones, and hard-to-reach areas as needed.
- Laundry Services:
- Launder towels, and other washable items.
- Ensure proper care and handling of fabrics and materials.
- Supply Management:
- Monitor and track cleaning and maintenance supplies.
- Arrange orders for necessary items to ensure continuous operations.
- Safety Practices:
- Adhere to approved housekeeping and safety protocols to maintain safe and sanitary conditions throughout the campground.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

General Description:
Under the direction of the Campground Manager, the Maintenance Worker is responsible for the upkeep of the resort grounds, facilities, and recreational areas. This includes maintaining parking lots, picnic areas, activity spaces, vegetation, and landscaping, as well as performing routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
Essential Job Functions:
- Groundskeeping Duties:
- Maintain and prepare picnic areas, play zones, and surrounding landscapes.
- Perform general grounds maintenance, including raking, weeding, mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning.
- Care for trees, shrubs, and flower beds, including fertilizing, watering, and transplanting.
- Facility Maintenance:
- Sweep and clean public areas to ensure they are safe and presentable.
- Perform minor and preventive maintenance tasks, such as painting and basic repairs.
- Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing when necessary.
- Equipment Operation and Maintenance:

- Food and Beverage Preparation:
- Mix and serve cocktails, pour wine and beer, and prepare non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes.
